University of São Paulo Law School, Ribeirão Preto

The Law School of Ribeirão Preto held, at the end of 2018 and beginning of 2019, a training program for staff whose activities involve using USP System “Proteos”, used in protocol and other paperwork proceedings. Led by the president of the USP Filing System Sector Committee and chief of Protocols Section, Fernando Ribeiro Rodrigues, the activities addressed the system’s tools, as well as the importance of correct document management routinely in our School and in the University as a whole.
