According to FDRP Regulation (Resolution 6542, April 18, 2013), special students are those who enroll only in isolated courses, with no formal attachment to any USP Graduate Program.

In order to attend as a special student, candidates must go through this process following the specific announcement released in January, for 1st semester courses, and in July, for 2nd semester courses.
