Course objective:

The aim of this course is to train professionals to work on different Economic Law subareas and contribute to the specialization of those who are already working in this field, which has its specific demands and characteristics. With an innovative proposition, this course links the study of Economic Law to reality and to the market’s current needs, taking into account the interests of businesses that concentrate their activities mainly in the South, Southeast and Mid-West regions of Brazil. Much like the economy, this course is dynamic and addresses general theoretical concepts that substantiate the practical analysis of the Brazilian regulatory environment, as impacted by recent legislative changes.

 

Target audience:

University graduates in the field of Law who are searching for refinement and professional progress when facing challenges in the labor market. Students from preparatory courses for hiring processes for positions in public institutions looking to further their knowledge in the field of Economic Law.

  • Regulatory Agencies Responsibility. Public Administration Responsibility. The State’s Civil Responsibility for the Actions of Private Providers in Public Services.
  • Economic World Order. International investment protection. WTO rules and principles.

Fee waivers: A total of 7 full fee waivers will be granted to candidates who score above 40% in the selection exam, according to socioeconomic criteria.
